 Post Retirement Activities

After retirement, Chief Stone was a faculty member at Wichita State University and served with the U.S. Department of Defense, Navy Department, as the Deputy Chief of the Research and Investigations Branch, J2 Intelligence Section, JPAC in Honolulu, Hawaii. 

Chief Stone has also served as an interim Chief of Police and successfully completed a contract to create a totally new police department in addition to performing various consulting activities for law enforcement and private agencies regarding the police use of force, police vehicular pursuits, and law enforcement technology issues.
